Herb Noodles

8 ounces Shiloh Farms Sprouted Whole Wheat Noodles
3 Tbsp Butter - unsalted
2 Tbsp Shallots - minced
1 tsp Basil - dried
1 tsp Chives - feeze dried
1 tsp Parsley - fresh - minced
1 tsp White Pepper - Freshly Ground

Directions:

Cook Noodles in salted water for 7 to 10 minutes until slightly chewy to the bite, then drain well.  Melt butter over medium heat in a large saucepan.  Sauté shallots until wilted about 5 minutes.  Toss in the noodles, herbs and pepper.
