Ingredients:
2 tsp. Sesame oil
1 Garlic Clove, pressed
1 large Onion, chopped
2 cups cooked Shiloh Farms Quinoa
1-½ cups cooked diced Potatoes
2 tsp. Soy Sauce
Season to taste: 1 cup Bread crumbs
Optional: ½ cup Cheese, grated
Directions: Preheat Oven to 350° F.
Sauté garlic and onions. Add cooked Quinoa and potatoes and soy sauce. Coat oiled casserole dish with ½ cup bread crumbs; add Quinoa mixture. Cover with remaining bread crumbs and grated cheese (optional). Cover and bake approximately 20 minutes
