Soak Overnight:
1 c. Shiloh Farms Calimyrna Figs
1 c. of Fruit juice (your choice)
1 tsp. Orange rind
Pinch of Sea salt
Squeeze of Lemon juice
Directions:
Soak figs in fruit juice overnight (or 8 hrs). Drain and reserve soaking liquid. Combine and blend soaked figs and remaining ingredients. Add soaking liquid as needed to make the mixture thick and creamy to your preference. Note: Adding more fruit juice or soaking liquid will change the thickness of jam.
