Fiber Rich French Toast

2 cups Skim or 1% Milk
1 Egg
2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1/3 cup Maple Syrup
1 cup SHILOH FARMS OAT BRAN
12 slices Shiloh Farms Sprouted Grain Breads
Butter or Oil for cooking

Directions:

In shallow bowl, beat together milk, syrup and egg.

In separate bowl, combine oat bran and cinnamon.

Dip bread in egg mixture, then in oat bran mixture, coating both sides.

Cook in large skillet with melted butter over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. 

 Serve with syrup or fresh preserves.
