1-2 Tbsp. olive Oil
1 cup SHILOH FARMS FAVA BEANS, cooked & skinned
1 tsp. minced Garlic
1 cup fresh or frozen Corn
1-2 Tbsp. minced flat leaf Parsley, Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions:
Sauté potatoes in olive oil about 20 minutes, until tender. Toss in cooked fava beans and minced garlic and cook 10 minutes more. Stir in corn and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
