2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Baking Soda
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/8 tsp. Sea Salt
3/4 cup Yogurt
2 large Eggs
3/4 cup Maple syrup
4 Tbsp. melted Butter
1-1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract
Directions: Preheat oven to 400°F.
In a medium bowl, combine dry and liquid ingredients, mix with a few swift strokes. Fill 12 paper-lined or greased muffin cups. Bake 15 - 18 minutes. until light brown. Remove and cool on wire rack.
