Dried Apple Pie

2 cups boiling Water
2 cups Shiloh Farms APPLE RINGS
1/3 cup Shiloh Farms Date Sugar
1/2 tsp. ground Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
2 Tbsp. Butter
1 package of two-crust Pastry Dough

Directions:   Oven Temperature  350°F

Cut apple rings into pieces and soak about 3 to 4 hours.  After soaking apple pieces, combine with date sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well.

Fit half of pastry dough into a 9-inch pie pan and pour apple mixture into it. Dot with butter. Cover with remaining rolled out pastry dough.  Crimp edges together.

Bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes.
