Deluxe Vegetable Soup

6 cups Water
1/4 cup SHILOH FARMS OAT GROATS
1/4 cup Shiloh Farms Lima Beans
1/4 cup Shiloh Farms Long Grain Brown Rice
1/2 cup pureed Tomatoes
1 Onion, diced
1 Potato, diced
2 stalks Celery, diced
1/2 cup Parsnip, Turnip or Rutabaga, diced
2 Carrots, chopped
1 Tbsp. Olive oil
1/4 cup dried Mushrooms
1 tsp. Sea Salt

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a 5 quart pot. Bring to boil. Cover and simmer over low heat for 90 minutes or until tender. Serves 4-6.
