1/2 cup Rice syrup
1 cup Water
3 Tbsp. Cornstarch or Arrowroot
Pinch of Sea Salt
1/4 cup Cold water
1/2 cup Almond nut butter
Directions:
Dissolve the cocoa powder in water with a pinch of sea salt over medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Remove from stove and stir in nut butter and rice syrup. It is now ready for a topping for hot fudge sundae, cake or frozen desserts.
For pudding or a frosting: dissolve cornstarch or arrowroot in 1/4 cup of cold water and stir into the hot fudge over low heat for 2 minutes. Stir until it thickens. Pour into pudding dishes and garnish with shredded coconut or chopped nuts; or use for icing on your cake.
