Black Quinoa Vegetarian Burger

Ingredients:   
¼ cup Onion, chopped
8 oz. sliced fresh Mushrooms
1 cup Shiloh Farms Black Quinoa

1 vegetable bouillon cube
2 ½  cups Shiloh Farms Rolled Oats
2 Fresh Egg whites
2 cups Shiloh Farms Black Turtle beans, cooked
6-8 oz Salsa

Directions:      Preheat oven to 375° F
Sauté finely chopped onions over low heat with 2 Tbsp. of olive oil until transparent. Turn up the heat and add mushrooms. In sauce pan, add two cups of water and one vegetable bouillon cube. Bring to a boil; add Quinoa, cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until Quinoa is fluffy.  In a large mixing bowl add oats, beans, egg whites and salsa. Add cooled quinoa and mushrooms. Mix thoroughly.  Press mixture into patties. Bake for 8 minutes then flip and bake for an additional 6 minutes.  You can freeze for another meal.
