Banana Bread

Ingredients:
2/3 cup Honey
1 cup mashed Banana
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/3 cup Canola oil
2 Eggs, well beaten
1¾ cups SHILOH FARMS QUINOA FLOUR
1/4 tsp. Baking Soda
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
1/2 cup Shiloh Farms Nuts

Directions:  
Preheat oven to 350°F.   Mix honey, oil and eggs until well blended. Add mashed bananas and vanilla.  Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt together.  Add to honey mixture a little at a time, beating well.  Mix in nuts. Bake in an oiled bread pan. Bake for 60 minutes.
