Baked Garlic Cheese Grits

1 cup uncooked Shiloh Farms Barley Grits
4 cups Water
1 tsp.  Sea Salt
1/2 cup unsalted Butter
1/2 pound Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp.  Garlic powder

Directions:

Cook grits in salted water, then when done add remaining ingredients. Pour into greased casserole dish and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
