BAKED PITA CHIPS

4 SHILOH FARMS Whole Wheat Pita Bread Rounds
4 - 5 tsp. of Melted Butter or Olive Oil
Your Favorite Seasonings

Directions:
Split each pita bread round into 2 rounds.  Lightly brush oil or butter over the rough side of the pita rounds.  Sprinkle evenly with seasonings.  Cut each round into 8 wedges. (Use a pizza wheel cutter)   Place wedges on an ungreased baking sheet.  Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp.  

Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

Suggestions:
1. Split and fill the pita bread pockets with your favorite salads, hummus, avocado or sprouts.

2. Use pita pockets for fresh berries and whipped cream cheese dessets or treats.

3. Even Vegetables and meat dishes are great in the pita pockets.

4. Try your favorite egg omelet in a pita pocket.

* SEASONINGS:     
    Spicy:    1 tsp. Garlic Powder, 1/2 tsp. Paprika. 1/4 tsp. ground Red Pepper.
    Italian:  1 tsp.ea  Dried Basil Leaves, crushed garlic  2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan Cheese
    Mexican:  1 Tbsp. Lime Juice, 1 tsp. Ground Cumin, 1 tsp. Chili Powder.
    Oriental: 1 Tbsp. Low Sodium Soy Sauce, 1 Tbsp. Shiloh Farms Sesame Seeds.
