1 Tablespoon Sesame oil
3 Tablespoons fresh Lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Marjoram
2 Tablespoons chopped Shiloh Farms Cashews (may toast)
Directions:
Steam the asparagus in a metal steamer over boiling water for about 6 to 7 minutes. Drain. Combine asparagus with sesame oil, lemon juice, marjoram, and cashews. Serve. Yield: 6 servings, 1/2 cup each.
