5 Apples, rinsed, peeled and sliced
1 cup Shiloh Farms Pitted Deglet Dates
• 2 tsp. Cinnamon
• 2 cups Shiloh Farms ROLLED OATS
• 2/3 cup Shiloh Farms Teff flour
• 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
• 1/3 cup Oil
• 1/4 tsp. Vanilla extract
• 3 cups Apple juice
Directions: Preheat oven to 350º F.
Put sliced apples in 9x13x2-inch glass baking dish. Place pitted dates on top of apples. Space evenly. Sprinkle 1 tsp. cinnamon over apples and dates. In a separate mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, flour, salt, oil,vanilla, and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Mix together and crumble mixture on
top of apples and dates. Pour apple juice on top. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream. Serves 6-8
