Dear Shiloh Farms,

I have been thinking about sending this email for a while.  I rarely send letters to product manufacturers, but I really wanted to thank you for your 7 Grain Sprouted Bread.  My 3 year old son nearly subsists on it.  He is such a picky eater, but he will eat "Shiloh bread" with butter and/or honey at almost every meal.  Every time he has a slice I feel like he is getting the protein and nutrition he needs when he won't eat anything else.  We have moved to a semi-rural location, and I now order it from you direct, six loaves at a time.  I used to work at the "old" Walnut Acres Organic Farms and have always held a high regard for Shiloh Farms.

Anyway, a BIG thank you for making such a tasty and nutritious bread!  We love it at our house, and easily go through a case a month.
