Ingredients:
¾ cup dry Shiloh Farms Green Lentils
1 cup dry Shiloh Farms Mung Beans
3 cups shredded carrots
1 ½ large onion, finely chopped
1 ½ cup crumbled cooked bacon
3 cloves garlic, minced3 Tablespoons chopped fresh basil
2 ¼ Tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
½ teaspoon black pepper8 cups chicken broth
1 ½ cups water½ package (6 oz). Shiloh Farms Sprouted Flour Pasta
6 cups fresh spinach leaves, torn
Directions:
Rinse lentils & mung beans; drain. Place in crockpot and add carrots, onion, bacon, garlic, and pepper.
Pour chicken broth and water over top. Cover; cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3 to 3 1/2 hours. Stir in the pasta; turn heat to high. Cover; cook for 30 minutes. Stir in spinach and herbs. Serve.
