Ramen are traditional Japanese style noodle cakes which unfold on cooking. Using these quick cooking noodles, a meal can easily be prepared in just a few minutes.

Unlike most ramen noodles which are produced from wheat, our noodles are made from 100% Organic brown rice flour. They have a delicate texture and a delicious, nutty flavor suitable for many dishes.   Use in any noodle recipe or serve with miso soup and fresh vegetables for a healthy and traditional Japanese meal.

To Prepare: Bring 1 litre of water to a boil. Add one noodle cake per person. When the noodles begin to unfold, separate them gently with a fork and then reduce the heat. Continue to cook for 2-3 minutes or until the noodles are soft. Strain through a colander and briefly rinse with cold water.

Serving suggestions:
1.  Add to mixed mushrooms fried with garlic and fresh herbs.
2.  Mix in with Miso soup for a healthy and traditional Japanese snack.
