Naturally gluten free, brown rice flour is a popular alternative to wheat flours among those who suffer from gluten intolerance. Because of its mild, slightly sweet flavor, it doesn't significantly alter the flavor of baked goods and can be used as a flour substitute in many dishes, especially in combination with other flours.
